Shipment

All orders are delivered by SF Express. Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong (exclude restricted areas in Hong Kong)

SF Express delivery method including Office/Home delivery, SF Business Stations, SF Stores and SF Locker.

The shipment will arrive at the destination in approximately 3 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) after payment. Delivery service may be affected by festive occasions, special weather conditions, traffic disruptions, and the vacancy of SF lockers.

Delivery Fee

Free local delivery by SF Express upon net purchase of HK$300 or above

For net purchase under HK$300, we will charge HK$35 delivery fee for any order
